Support for Grief and Other Life Challenges

Loss is a natural part of the human experience. The type of loss can be mild like losing your favorite sweater, loss of a job or relationship, to the death of a loved one. All of us who experience loss must grieve. Without grieving we get stuck in life and can't move forward to fulfill our life's purpose. All of life's upsets usually cause some type of grieving.

How do you know you need support? Listen to that place inside of you that feels upset, just a little off center-it will tell you. Reaching out to someone that can listen is a sign of great courage. Give yourself this GIFT.

If you are suffering from loss reach out and find a grief support group. These are often held at churches, funeral homes, or hospice facilities. If you need any kind of support for an issue that is causing you upset reach out now. Don't stuff it. Support is available to you here at TCP. We can do face-2-face, phone, or Internet SKYPE coaching. We are here, just ask.

Here are some resources for you.
